I just placed my order. When will I receive it ?

We ship orders on business days (Monday through Friday except bank holidays)

Your order is carefully prepared and shipped within 48 hours. The delivery then depends on the delivery option chosen.

NOTE : some products require additional preparation time. If so, it is indicated in the product description.

I ordered the wrong size/product. What can I do ?
You have 30 days to return an item. We won’t accept any returns past that date.

Items shall be returned in perfect condition with their original labels and tags still attached.

Steps to follow : 

1 Enter you return request on “MY ACCOUNT/MY RETURNS” section of the website.

This step is key to a quick reimbursement. 

2 We will send you the return label by email within 24 hours. Print the label and stick in onto the package. Ship it to us.

3 Full reimbursement will happen within 15 days after we receive the return, as long as all the above mentioned conditions are met.

If you are in need of a different size, color or item, you just have to place a new order on our website. If you order the same product in a different size, shipping costs we will reimburse the shipping costs. Just send us an email to

How do I know you have received my return ? 

You can first check the package tracking number. Once the package is delivered to us, it takes at least 48Hrs to be processed.

Do I have to create an account to order? 

You can order on our website with ou without holding an account with us. Your future orders will however be quicker if you opt for an account. Your personal data are strictly confidential. We do not share or sell any of our clients data.

I did not receive any order confirmation, is it normal?

Check your spam emails, it’s probably there.

How do I care for my Jolies Mômes lingerie ? 

Our products are made with high-end delicate fabrics: silk, Calais lace, mesh and microfiber. Here are some advice to care for your purchase:

- Wash separately the first time as some dyes could bleed a little.

- Hand wash as much as possible or in a washing net on the Wool/delicate cycle.

Do not tumble dry.

  • Store your lingerie in the Jolies Mômes pouch.

You can either pay with PayPal or with our secured credit card payment system. Your credit card information are stored on our bank (Banque Populaire) servers.
